Managed WordPress includes fast Canadian hosting, SSD/Nginx-style stacks, dedicated IPs where applicable, small “15-minute” content/CSS tasks (limits apply), emergency support pathways, update assistance with compatibility judgement, and layered security practices.
Standard support. Best-effort managed services with documented security and redundancy practices across Windows & Linux application footprints.
Documents. WordPress SLA PDFs, Windows/cloud SLAs, and data-centre certification references are published alongside the canonical terms.
